- Recent resume
- Two recent letters of professional reference (dated within one year)
- Official transcripts with a raised seal showing at least 60 college credits.
- Past 2 years of living address
- $125 money order payable to “The Commissioner of Education”. (Reimbursed after 30 completed assignments with in 60 school days.)
- $7.00 money order payable to “The State of New Jersey”
- Receipt from Sagem Morpho providing proof of fingerprinting. www.morpho.com
- Tuberculosis test results with in 3 years.
Step 2: Schedule An Interview Appointment with Source4Teachers
- Schedule an interview
- Source4Teachers will confirm your appointment and fill out your online application.
Step 3: Schedule and complete a free training session
Step 4: Identify 10 Districts you wish to work in for the upcoming school year
