Training
We make sure you are fully prepared. When you walk into a classroom as a Source4Teachers substitute, you will do so with confidence. Source4Teachers not only provides classroom training, but we make sure you are fully prepared for your teaching assignments. We even brief you on the school and class in advance.
Schools require a professionally dressed substitute to arrive early, complete the lesson plan, leave notes to the teacher, and have the classrooms left in order. These skills do not come automatically with a Substitute Certificate, they must be learned.
Whether you are an experienced teacher or new to the classroom, Source4teachers' training defines the true role of a Substitute Teacher. It also encompasses teaching strategies, classroom management, and guidelines for decision making. Source4Teachers is now providing grade-level specific training. You will be able to attend High School specific training to be qualified to work in High Schools and the same for Elementary. These programs have been developed as a result of our extensive experiences of leading the industry in Substitute Teacher placement in suburban, urban, and alternative classrooms.
Employee Orientation is also part of the Source4Teachers training program. Here you will learn how to work with the technology that allows you to control where and whenyou will work. It will also cover rates of pay, access to healthcare benefits, payroll options, and company policies and procedures.
You will benefit from:
