Kevin M. Bush is President of
Source4Teachers & MissionOne, is a leading educational staffing firm specializing in full service
management of substitute teachers & paraprofessionals for school districts across the United States.
S4T's & M1 goal is to provide significant cost savings to school districts by relieving all
administrative duties related to uncertified employees including recruiting, training, scheduling and
retaining of their services.
As President, Bush is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of S4T & M1
including district sales, financial planning, business development and growth initiatives. Under Bush,
S4T's client list has grown to over 1,150 schools. The company currently has over 3,000 active
employees available to its roster of clients.
Bush is a member of the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials (NJASBO) which is comprised
of individuals who administer or supervise a variety of operations within New Jersey school districts.
He also sits on the board of the Camden City School District Education Foundation and Cherry Hill School
District Education Foundation.
Prior to joining S4T & M1, Bush served as the Director of Business Development at Sodexo Educational
Services at which he was responsible for annual sales targets of $15 million for east coast states from
Maine to Virginia. Bush was the top selling sales professional at Sodexo each year of service
(2004-2008) accounting for $187 million in total management contracts.
Bush initialized his career at ARAMARK Corporation, a leading food, facilities and clothing provider
for businesses as well as educational and health care institutions across the country.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.

Brian Scharle serves as Vice President of Finance
and Operations at Source4Teachers.
Scharle is responsible for all financial budgeting and accounting services at S4T, which is New Jersey's
leading educational staffing firm specializing in full service management of substitute teachers for
school districts across the region.
In addition, Scharle manages the overall, day-to-day operation of the company's workforce focusing on
relieving school districts of all administrative duties related to substitutes including recruiting,
training, scheduling and retaining of their services providing significant cost savings.
Prior to joining S4T in March, 2011, Scharle spent three years as Director of Business Operations at
Comcast Corporation overseeing the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. In this
role, Scharle was responsible for the management of a $200 million budget and 40-person staff of
employees.
Before his position at Comcast, Scharle spent eight years at ARAMARK Corporation in various financial
and management roles. Most recently, he was the Philadelphia Group Controller responsible for the
financial operations in three major markets; Cherry Hill, NJ, Baltimore, MD and Reading, PA.
Scharle graduated from Villanova University with Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Noelle Baglivo serves as Director of Business Operations at Source4Teachers and
MissionOne.
Noelle manages the Districts Managers and Client Services teams keeping a focus on
client satisfaction and retention. She also manages the recruiting staff ensuring
that all substitute employees are of the highest standards and qualifications.
In addition, Noelle works with the core management team on the best practices and
procedures within the Company to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. She
works with staff to establish short and long term goals and objectives.
Noelle served six years as HR Manager of a 200 employee business with a focus of providing
an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and
standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Noelle has a strong operating background and experience in system and policy development and
documentation. She has extensive knowledge in employee relations, employee orientation,
development, and training skills. Noelle graduated Cumma Sum Laude from Florida International
College with a BA. Noelle attended law school and has extensive employment law experience.
Noelle holds a Federal Training Certificate for Safety for the Supervisor and an OSHA approved
certification.

Bill Stevers serves as Director of Human Resources for Source4Teachers.
Bill is responsible for building the people strategy for Source4Teachers. Bill's duties are to
ensure that organizational readiness and growth are supported through employee capability, capacity
and engagement.
Prior to joining Source4Teachers in October 2011, Bill was with the ARAMARK Corporation for the
past 6 years serving in various HR roles. His most recent position was Director of Human Resources
supporting the K-12 Education division at ARAMARK Corporation. Bill provided HR council to 600
accounts, 13,000 employees and $150M in revenue influencing organizational readiness, talent
management and employee engagement. Bill also supported the Sales and Operations team on new
business growth and development resulting in $11M in net-new sales. Before ARAMARK, Bill held
HR Leadership positions with Lowe's Home Improvement, Tupperware Brands, Arthur Andersen and Walt
Disney World.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Emerson College in Boston, MA and a Master
of Science in Human Resources from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.
