Experienced Team: The management team consists of professionals with deep experience at selling and operating Private to Public Partnerships with school districts, as it relates to implementing outsourcing services.

Kevin Bush, President: Kevin acts as the managing partner of S4T and has a deep background in providing cost saving solutions to Public School Districts throughout the United States. He has an extensive track record of success in strategic selling and service delivery to school districts. Kevin is a member of NJASBO and sits on the Camden City School District Education Foundation, and the Cherry Hill Township School District Education Foundation. He was the #1 Sales Director nationally, for six straight years with two different fortune 200 companies (Aramark & Sodexo Corporation). Kevin has led the growth of S4T, and overseen day-to-day operations, since February 2007. Kevin is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.

Joseph Kelley, Director of Business Development: Joe has extensive experience in designing, structuring and implementing improvement in both public & private sector companies nationally. Joe spent 4 years with Ernst Young out of New York City in the business risk division, then moved onto Morgan Stanley where he worked on the fixed income sales desk prior to joining Source4Teachers. Joe brings his experience and knowledge of reducing costs while improving productivity to school districts which improves performance, and reduces cost in your educational staffing solutions. His knowledge of public to private partnerships only helps improve your savings contributed to your district's general fund. Joe is a graduate of The University of Scranton and currently sits on the Management Board of Holy Redeemer Health Management Corporation Board of Directors.

Jennifer Barrette, Director of Finance: Jennifer has two years experience in the public accounting field, and two years experience in private sector serving as an accountant. She graduated from Drexel University Magna Cum Laude and with honors. She was a member of Drexel's Women in Business from 2006-09 prior to joining Source4Teachers.

Phil Engle, Manager of Client Relations: Phil has 4 years experience working with Source4Teachers in various positions. As Director of Recruiting, he increased the Source4Teachers substitute teacher pool from 200 professional substitute teachers to over 2,500 certified professional substitute teachers. Prior to joining Source4Teachers he worked with ARI Leasing where he was a key team member with client and customer service department. He attended Florida Atlantic University at Boca Raton.
