Source4Teachers will ensure that you are fully prepared! When you walk into a classroom as a Source4Teachers substitute employee, you will do so with confidence.
Schools require a professionally dressed substitute to arrive early, complete the lesson plan, leave notes for the teacher and the classrooms in order. These skills do not come automatically, they must be learned.
Whether you are an experienced substitute employee or new to the classroom, Source4Teachers' training defines the true role of a substitute employee. It also encompasses teaching strategies, classroom management, and guidelines for decision making. Our programs have been developed as a result of our extensive experiences of leading the industry in substitute employee placement in suburban, urban, and alternative classrooms.
Employee Orientation is also part of the Source4Teachers training program. Here you will learn how to work with the technology that allows you to control where and when you will work. |
