Who We Are
Students come first.
History
Source4Teachers and MissionOne are two companies with one focus: to improve the continuity and quality of the classroom experience for students by providing highly skilled substitute and paraprofessional personnel to school districts.
Established in 2000, Source4Teachers is a leading provider of substitute staffing services, filling more than 2,000 daily and long-term vacancies each day. In 2009, we were able to transfer our knowledge and expertise of the education industry to establish MissionOne, a separate service line dedicated to managing and operating school districts’ permanent paraprofessional programs.
Both companies assume the responsibilities of recruiting, credentialing, training, managing and evaluating pre-K-12 school districts’ substitute and/or paraprofessional personnel. We improve operational efficiencies, enhance student productivity and deliver ample cost savings.
Source4Teachers and MissionOne employ thousands of talented educators and paraprofessionals and provide them with specialized training and ongoing professional development opportunities. We offer health insurance and 401(k) plans and advocate for our employees who are seeking full-time careers in education.
Our Mission
We recruit, train and manage qualified substitute and paraprofessional personnel to help school districts refocus their resources, time and capital so they can concentrate on their core objective: providing quality education for students."
